There are many ways to get involved in and support Lila Hilfe. Lila Hilfe wants to be more than just a source of financial support for victims of sexist violence – Lila Hilfe wants to empower people to take action. We want to strengthen each other, network, build community and represent our concerns together.

We need each other for all of this!

Talk to your friends, colleagues, neighbours and all the women in your life about founding the association!
Do you know any women who need support? Then feel free to pass on Lila Hilfe to them!
Promote and share our page and posts on Instagram and Facebook or link to our homepage!
